Our farm is active since 1950, when our grandparents bought the farm named Podere San Bartolomeo. Since then, our family produces high quality extra virgin olive oil from typical Tuscan cultivars, such Moraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino, and wheat, with which we produce, today as then, bread and pasta.

From three generations we take care of the land we love: Tuscany, trying to include natural factors into the quality of the products that we bring on your table.
We grow and process our products with full transparency, in complete harmony with nature.

Another recognition for our BIO Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive Oil, included in the Regional Selection of DOP and IGP Extra-Virgin Oils of Tuscany 2020. The delivery of the certificate is, this year, only virtual, but we are still proud of the result obtained: it is the confirmation that treating the Earth with Love always gives good results. Finalmente è arrivata! La stupenda etichetta narrante creata da Slow_food_italia per il nostro eccezionale olio extravergine monovarietale biologico Lazzero, presidio olivi secolari Slow Food.
Contiene tantissime informazioni su di noi, sulla nostra azienda e, ovviamente, sul nostro extravergine top di gamma, fiore all'occhiello della produzione olivicola di Podere San Bartolomeo.
Ed è proprio lì che la troverete presto: appesa al collo di tutte le bottiglie di Lazzero!
