 Podere San Bartolomeo's Lemon Biscuits are handcrafted with Timilia's ancient wheat flour and Extra Virgin Olive Oil grown on our hills. 
 With a characteristic dark color, baked in the oven and rich in fiber, minerals and vitamins, they are an alternative version of the classic cookies to be enjoyed in the morning with coffee or milk for a healthy breakfast or as a delicious appetizer. They are designed for those who love to combine the delicate flavor, similar to that of spelled, Timilia wheat with the taste and aroma of candied lemon zest. 
 Timilia is an ancient autochthonous variety of durum wheat (scientific name, Triticum durum), from which a low gluten flour is obtained, which makes these biscuits particularly digestible. 
 Made with love and excellent raw materials, Podere San Bartolomeo biscuits do not contain palm oil, refined flours, lard, butter or margarine . And that's why they are so good!
